"When someone dies, they usually linger on, around us, where they revisit all the memories they have in the mortal world before they go on to the next world. People don't always fade, those who cant let go cling on to their living loved ones, like a parasite. Feeding on their loved ones sadness, haunting them until finally, the emotion of not being seen, not being known to be there drives them mad, and then... they turn vengeful, into "hollows".
But... in some rare cases, people fade, not because they don't let go, but because everyone believe that he's dead. Those beings we call "seraphim". These people aren't really dead, but rather, in limbo, where their spirits have the ability to move away from their shell, yet they can't die just yet.
If we believe that he's dead, that he won't come back, he fades, slowly, gradually he recedes and then he is gone.
For good.
Remember me, Aquene."

It occurred to me that there were very little explanations on haunting and such. So it sparked me to write this, something I want to someday write into a story when I get the inspiration. Till then, it just stays here as a short excerpt.
